CodePrefer Technologies provides software development, web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, cloud solutions, and related IT services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and costs are defined in individual project agreements or Statements of Work (SOW).
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, our standard payment schedule is: 40% advance upon project initiation, 30% at milestone delivery, and 30% upon final delivery. Payments are non-refundable for completed milestones. For enterprise projects, custom payment terms are negotiated.
Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership of custom code developed specifically for their project. CodePrefer Technologies retains the right to use open-source libraries, frameworks, and components used in development. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
We treat all client project information as strictly confidential. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request before project discussions begin. Our team members are bound by confidentiality obligations.
All projects include a bug-fix warranty period (as specified in the project agreement, typically 30-90 days after delivery). This covers bugs in our code but does not cover feature changes, third-party service failures, or client-side modifications. Extended support is available through maintenance contracts.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from use of our services.
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. The client is liable for payment of all work completed up to the termination date. We reserve the right to terminate for non-payment or breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
